SHIPPING POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped from Thailand via Thailand Post.
Available services:
- Domestic Shipping (Thailand) – Tracked service. Estimated delivery: within 3–7 business days.
- International Shipping – Tracked & Signed service. Estimated delivery: approximately 6–14 business days depending on destination and season.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing time may be slightly extended.
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify the shipping address, items, or shipping method. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.
3. Shipping Fees
Domestic (Thailand): 70 THB flat rate
International: Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.
4. Free Shipping
- Domestic: Free shipping on orders over 1,500 THB.
- International (Jewellery only): Free shipping on jewellery orders over £90 (approx. $125).

Please note: Free international shipping does not apply to clothing items.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and other regions including Australia, Canada, most EU countries, the UK, South Africa, and more.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at [email protected] and we will check if shipping can be arranged.
6. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can also log into your account to monitor your order status.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details or non-collection, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
As we use a tracked & signed service for most international orders, someone may need to be present to receive the parcel.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Claims must be submitted promptly.
10. Undelivered & Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, unclaimed status, or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
11. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
