Refund and Returns Policy

At Vikiash, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please reach out to us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns
If you wish to return your product for a refund or exchange, kindly contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Please note that for non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Returns of items with damaged packaging may incur a handling fee, determined on a per-product basis. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
We are unable to accept returns of custom-made items unless there is a quality concern.
Refunds
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. All prices include applicable taxes. Local VAT and import duties may apply in your country and must be handled by you.
Please remember customs duty payments and shipping cost are at customers’ responsibility and such payments are not refundable .We will return your money within 10 days of receiving the goods in full condition. If the item is not in full condition, a deduction may apply.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us while you receive the products within 24 hours.
